18% of your nightly booking revenue. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. The cleaning fee is paid by your guests on top of the nightly rate, so it does not come out of your income.
The booking platforms pay your rental income directly into your own bank account. We never hold your money. Our 18% commission is paid separately: either the platform sends our share to us automatically, or we send you a simple monthly invoice.

Yes. Just tell us the dates you want and we block them in the calendar on every platform.
We check the property after every stay and send you photos of any problem. We then handle the claim with the booking platform, for example through Airbnb’s host protection. We also recommend checking that your home insurance covers short-term letting.
It depends on your property. If you are in an apartment, check your body corporate rules, and make sure your insurance and mortgage allow short-term letting. We help you go through these points before your listing goes live.
